In 1991 in Niger a clash between Fulani breeders and Hausa farmers turned drama. A punitive expedition against the Fulani village of Toda killed more than 100 people, mostly women and children. This documentary filmed a year after the tragedy analyzes the social and historical causes of a violence wrongly attributed to ethnic factors.
