Sibidou and Pierre are in love. But soon, they discover with anguish that Sibidou is pregnant. Pierre promises that he will help her. The situation worsens as everything goes wrong for Sibidou : she's expelled from school, abandoned by Pierre and rejected by the village community. Against those ordeals, Sibidou decides to fight through thick and thin and raise her newborn baby.
