Egyptian Writer and Journalist.
Jaylan Salah is a young, Egyptian feminist who believes firmly in gender equality and racial diversity. She is a film critic, a poet and an aspiring novelist, working on her first short story collection "Live skin", to be published in Arabic in 2015. Ms. Salah enjoys traveling, reading and film analysis. Her inspiration comes from being open to different cultures ever since she was young. When she is not watching a movie, Ms. Salah could be taking a dance lesson or volunteering at the local animal shelter. She has published many articles on film criticism and film analysis in English and Arabic in diverse publications online.
