In Ouagadougou, capital of Burkina Faso overpopulated because of a massive rural exodus, an official project for spontaneous housing of Cissin has been launched. It offers the citizens the possibility to participate in the structuring of their accommodation. The movie reviews the operation five years later to report its failure.
