A trilogy: "Cooked eggs" or the disillusionment of a little boy who sells hard-boiled eggs in bars in order to survive. His disillusionment is embodied in his father who sells stuffed mice and gets drunk every night and in an actor at the bar that the boy admires and who also gets drunk. "Djamel in the land of illusions" or the look of a child torn between two worlds, that of dream images, illusions and adventures provided by television, this magical device, and that of the immediate world he lives in, his room, the oilfields and industrial fields around him. "The box in the desert", or the clever making of toys from scraps of metal by children from Sidi Yacoub.
