Algiers at night. A man goes looking for his best friend Youssef, who has been missing for two days. A love story with immigration and rising fundamentalism as backdrop. Youssef is in love with a young lady who stayed in Paris and he doesn't have the courage to tell her he now works small jobs in Algiers at night and studies during the day. He becomes friends with the non-conformists and loners of the city.
