Rose Murray is a self-made photographer who describes her motivation, style, and methods in this film. Through the techniques of split-screen and photo montage combined with un-staged interviews, we are presented with images of an independent woman artist, continuing to produce vital works in the golden years of her life. In the fall of 2006 Alexander Bendahan produced, wrote, and composed the music for the short film ROSE MURRAY: PORTRAIT OF A PHOTOGRAPHER. The film was originally conceived to accompany the British photographer's gallery exhibits both in the United States and abroad.
